Front Office Coordinator
Purpose of Role:  Support the Reservations Manager in overseeing Front Office operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience, maintaining service excellence, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Guest Relations & Service: Provide a warm welcome and professional check-in/check-out experience Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests Maintain guest profiles and ensure personalized service Operations & Administration: Perform daily reception float checks, banking signoffs, and house account reviews Conduct stock checks (stationery, guest supplies, keys, etc.) Oversee front office hygiene, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance Team Coordination & Support: Assist with training needs and team communication Ensure smooth shift handovers and operational updates Drive upselling culture and maintain service standards Criteria:
Experience in front office, hospitality, or customer service roles Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Apex, Opera, and reservation systems is an advantage Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work under pressure High level of proficiency in the English language
