We Are Seeking:

 

 Ability Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Front Office Coordinator who will be responsible in handling all functions necessary for an efficient and productive flow of patients between check-in treatment, and check-outs to join our friendly, fun, and family-oriented team.

Job Duties:

Greet patients and provide outstanding customer serviceAnswer phonesElectronic scheduling / book appointmentsData entryValidate current personal and financial informationVerify insurance benefitsCharge ticketsCollecting money over the counterFaxing, filing and performing any other duties assigned

 

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of previous knowledge in a medical front officeExcellent telephone skills Proficient in Word and ExcelPrevious experience with medical software preferredTeam player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer serviceAvailable and flexible with your hoursClose attention to detailGreat time management and organizational skills
