The McKinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center assembles and tests some of the most advanced Electro-Optical Infrared products in the world. Manufacturing Supervisors supervise between 10 and 20 assembly operators and test technicians and perform a variety of tasks in guiding the team to assemble and test these products to deliver the highest standard of quality equipment into the hands of the warfighter.

Supervisors develop and maintain performance metrics for their teams and ensure that their production lines are meeting the production schedule and cost proposed to their customers. This candidate will be tasked with implementing continuous improvement methods utilizing lean manufacturing principles and be capable of motivating their team to be involved in these improvements.  This is a full time (minimum 40 hours per week) position. Must be able to work occasional overtime during the week or on weekends to support customer needs.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experienceMinimum of 2 years of direct leadership experience​Experience with information technology systems (SAP)Experience of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and FOD reduction/prevention methodsExperience with Microsoft Office 360The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
