Pay and Perks:Starting Pay: $80k - $110k, based on experience.Benefits: Full standard benefits for full-time employees. About the Role:Develop responsive, visually appealing web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, SASS, ReactJS, and NextJS, styled with TailwindCollaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create user-centric solutionsTranslate Figma designs into high-quality, efficient codeMaintain front-end architectures using Webpack, Git, and NPM, ensuring performance, scalability, and accessibilityParticipate in Agile development (Scrum/Kanban), refining and prioritizing tasks with cross-functional teamsSolve complex UI challenges with innovative solutions while staying up to date with evolving technologiesWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of front-end development experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, ReactJS, NextJS, and Node.jsProficiency in Tailwind, shadcn, Svelte, Webpack, NPM, Git, and GitHubStrong understanding of responsive design and cross-device performance optimizationExperience translating Figma designs into high-quality, functional codeComfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsPassion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologiesBonus: Experience with ASP.NET Razor, Blazor, Rive, Lottie, Flutter, React Native, Swift/SwiftUIA Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
