Front-End Manager

W-Su 10am-9pm

$15/Hr

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Front-End Manager at a local ethnic restaurant. The right candidate for this position would need to have excellent customer service skills and restaurant experience. You would be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Supervise servers, hosts, and bussers. Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Monitor dining room cleanliness and ambiance. Manage table seating flow.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer service or hospitality management. Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software. Knowledge of restaurant service protocols and etiquette. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
