\n \n Job Description

The Receptionist position requires an individual that is well-spoken, customer service-oriented, and can multi-task at a quick pace. The primary duties for the Receptionist position is to direct all incoming calls and walk-in clients in a friendly and welcoming manner.

\n Requirements

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

\n\nProfessionally greet and direct all visitors.\nProfessionally answer the phone and direct all calls accordingly.\nAssist with special administrative projects.\nManage conference room calendars.\nScreen incoming general messages within email and phone mail systems and distribute accordingly.\nAssist with mail handling per client and company policies.\nEnsure that lobby area is kept neat and clean at all times.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

\n\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.\nKnowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).\nConfidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\n\n

Starting hourly wage is: $18.00
