Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a full-time Hotel Front Desk Lead to join our team at Holiday Inn in West Yellowstone, Montana. As part of our Front Desk team, you are the first line of communication for guests and the hub of all communication for the property. Motivated, energetic, attentive team members build lasting relationship with our guests from all over the world, creating exceptional experiences for all.

Responsibilities Ensure team members follow quality standards, deadlines, and procedures, correcting errors or problemsProvide team members with training in operations, coaching for improvement, and guidance in resolving escalated complaints or disputesSupport leaders to prepare work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office or administrative team membersCheck and balance the daily figures, post room, and tax charges on guest accounts, assisting in daily operations at the front office, providing functional guidance and directions to the teamFacilitate communication between the team members of all levels and guestsImplements and maintains Delaware North policies and proceduresQualifications Must be at least 18 years oldPrior customer service experience and able to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and computer skills, as well as experience operating various office equipmentGood interpersonal skills as well as verbal communication skills, reading, writing and speaking clearly in EnglishAbility to multitask and prioritize under pressure from guests or supervisors in a professional manner, and recognize the potential for a problem and rules to solve themAble to maintain confidential guest information and comply with PCI standardsNo high school diploma or GED requiredPhysical Requirements Frequent standing, bending, walking, and lifting and climb stairs during shiftsShift Details
