Front Desk Coordinator
Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator Job Description The primary role of a Front Desk Coordinator is to provide support for, monitor the performance of, and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives. This role involves developing close working relationships with key client stakeholders/partners, landlords, managing agents, and all facilities vendors. The individual in this role ensures that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities + Provide support for, monitor the performance of, and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives. + Develop close working relationships with key client stakeholders/partners, landlords, managing agents, and all facilities vendors. + Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards. + Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required. + Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner. + Ensure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders in the internal financial management platform. + Assist with the monthly accrual reports and help monitor the finance trackers. + Conduct site inspections, assessments, regular audits, and carry out safety procedures as well as all building procedures, ad-hoc duties, and performance measures. + Assist in the implementation of the property risk management program and industry best practice operations. + Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times. + Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. + Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures. + Provide support for regular management reports and projects as required. + Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets. Essential Skills + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. + Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in a related field. + Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Clean driving record required. Work Environment Luxury upscale office environment. The individual will sit at the front desk with four other receptionists. Two will always stay at the desk, while two will be roaming and giving tours. The schedule is from 8 AM to 5 PM with a lunch break from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The location is downtown Austin, TX. The work environment offers a startup-style atmosphere with lots of awesome interactions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
