Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk to ensure the safety and security of our supportive housing residents. This role involves customer service, monitoring lobby traffic, and maintaining building policies.
As a Front Desk Clerk you will:
Show exceptional customer service skills.Monitor guest check-ins/outs and verify identification.Accept and account for rental payments.Log occurrences during shifts and report hazardous conditions.Sort and distribute mail promptly.Inspect common areas and maintain a clean lobby appearance.Communicate effectively with residents and staff.Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required.Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work in a team environment and maintain professional boundaries.In return, National Church Residences offers an excellent total reward package that includes:
