Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time or part-time Front Desk Clerk to join our team at The Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Front Desk Clerk, you must be friendly, outgoing, and customer-service focused when addressing guests, so making a great impression is key.

$16.00 - $16.00 / hour

Responsibilities Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system and coordinate with housekeeping as neededManage cash and credit card transactions while keeping accurate paperworkResolve small guest issues immediately, delivering items to guests as neededMonitor and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accountsQualifications Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone and previous customer service experience is beneficialAbility to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisorsNo high school diploma or GED requiredPhysical Requirements Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, as well as bend and climb stairs throughout shiftsShift Details
