Description We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Associate at a beautiful resort in Escondido. This role will involve warmly welcoming guests, handling all front desk-related duties, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. Responsibilities: + Welcome guests and check them in and out, ensuring their stay is pleasant and comfortable. + Manage all issues that may arise, including reservations, guest requests, and complaints. + Process payments and record them in the hotel's systems. + Sustain excellent relations with guests by handling all inquiries, issues, or concerns to their satisfaction. + Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure high-quality guest services. Requirements + Proven experience in the hospitality industry. + Proficiency with hotel management software. + Excellent customer service skills with a polished professional presentation. + Superior multitasking abilities and attention to detail. + Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
