Job Summary: Supports the Front Desk Manager in overseeing guest services operations, including front desk and bell staff. The Details: Position Type: Seasonal Season Dates: late-April through September or October 2025 (exact dates vary by location) Pay: Starting at $16.95/hr Schedule: Typical schedule is 45-50 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays) Why Glacier National Park? Preparing schedules according to hotel business demands and within the structure of budget. Assists with check-in, check-out, responds to guest requests and complaints. Train staff of detailed knowledge about the hotel’s services and hours of operations. Responsible for daily guest room blocking and guest requests are handled. Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Possess background in hospitality or sales management. Possess excellent leaderships skills and ability to supervise and train the staff members. Must be flexible and adaptable to different changes and have good decision making skills. Knowledge of Opera property management software (PMS). Knowledge of basic math skills. Ability to demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills, goal oriented, and strong interpersonal communication skills and should be able to handle pressure situations. Physical Requirements include: Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds. Stand for up to eight hours per shift. Requires bending, stretching and reaching throughout a shift.
