Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with end-users to define requirements for new applications, Project or enhancements of existing planning systemsWork with IT teams for in-depth collaborationDesign and develop planning-effective solutions to meet user and customer requirementsDocument and deploy applications or project in a timely fashionAnalyze planning data then using statistical and analytical tools and methods to define bottom neck or gating for future improvementImprove and deliver high quality of planning data. Work in the initiative projects such as Supply planning and internal improvement projectProblem solving activities and identify cause of any issue relating to new and on-going projectEnsure project activity is customer focused (internal&external), results oriented, performance driven, and in compliance with all applicable internal and external requirements and policiesAbility to manage multiple tasks/projects, commit and meets deadlines and prioritize workload

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline is required. The expected start date for this position is in July 2025Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or experienced no more than 1 year Experience in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, SQL, Python, Tableau, ExcelStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

PREFERRED:

Understanding of best practices in business analysis and similar fieldsGood communication skills to present findings in a clear and concise mannerGood in English communication and Computer operation Experience with data visualization tools

SKILLS:

Ability to write clear requirements documents, design documents, test plans and end-user documentationAble to present requirements, designs, test plans, and status to peers and managementWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesAbility to work independently and as a part of a team
