As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
Communicate friendly and efficiently with the customers and provide relevant information Be the person responsible to deal with property damage issues Handle sensitive issues that were reported during ongoing reservations or after they are over Analyze the customer situation and assess the property features to determine liability Identify anomalies and patterns to identify fraudulent claims Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
Native or proficient level of French (C2) Proficient level of English (C2) both verbal and written Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Experience estimating contents and automobile / watercraft losses Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver Minimum 1 year experience handling property damage, Insurance and Healthcare Claims, dispute or conflict resolution Or minimum 2 years of Airbnb Claims experience Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to PortugalBenefits.
