Your future tasks will be...

As a future member of our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team you will have the chance to take part in a constantly improving department.

 

As an Integration Specialists you support both vendor and customer integrations within defined areas, such as new standardised integrations or in extending existing solutions to additional customer or partner entities. You assist with day-to-day operational issues, support internal and external inquiries, investigate problems, monitor and ensure existing integrations.

 

On a daily basis: 

 

You implement new integrations within defined standards on both the customer and vendor side You act as the point of contact and coordinate the complete implementation of your project internally You support integrations by carrying out agreed Business as Usual (BAU) activities for each situation, such as general data maintenance, handling minor changes during ongoing operations, managing incidents, and any related specific activities You create and update documentation for each integration in the agreed format and appropriate detail You act as a Subjec Matter Expert for customer/vendor integrations in the context of operational support end to end, also in direct exchange with vendor/customer contacts You support internal colleagues in day-to-day business  You advise responsible roles on training needs and support their elaboration You deliver trainings for defined integrations or general topics You support the development and implementation of enhancements and technical releases of our solutions You actively contribute to the elaboration of enhancements and ensure appropriate test activities to confirm the functionality delivered matches the requirements/design specifications and mitigate any detrimental effects of a deployment on other features/processes You support the management of service providers and their platforms used in the context of integrations You carry out individually agreed administrative activities in the context of eCommerce/vendor B2B.

 

You are the ideal candidate if...

 

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of integrations You have good written and spoken communication skills in English and either German or French  You possess detailed knowledge of customer or vendor integrations You have experience in providing technical management and advisory support to project teams You have strong business acumen with knowledge of IT supply chain and service processes You excel at collaborating and maintaining a constructive network of relationships You have strong analytical skills, high resilience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication abilities You work autonomously You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
