What you will do in this role

Taking ownership of high profile, escalated cases from beginning to resolutionProvide an understanding of investment, personal finance and stock trading concepts in a simple and accessible wayManage work order within business SLA'sConsistently applying agreed behavioural and compliance standardsSharing knowledge and skills with other members of the teamCommunicating new information that is relevant to the campaign to colleagues, customers and managersDeveloping and maintaining current knowledge of the campaignEnsuring first contact resolution at all timesProtecting information security and taking responsibility for highlighting any issues that you are made aware of by using the correct processesProviding excellent customer experiences at all timeVerifying and updating customer informationProactively offer solutions to any issues or concerns that customers might faceYour qualifications and experience


This French Customer Support Advisor role at Concentrix is a great match if you:

Have a minimum of 12 months International Call Centre experience (Essential)Experience with phone, chat and email support Experience working with Zendesk (Advantageous)Experience working with an international financial services campaign (Advantageous)Passed Grade 12Availability to work shifts in a 24/7 environment (Essential)Proficient in French verbal communicationAre self-motivated and highly responsible
