We are looking for a **Freight Audit and Payment Analyst** to join our office in Cluj. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the audit & payment of transportation billing globally, with a primary focus on Europe. You will serve as the freight audit & payment program liaison with the regional carriers, business units and Enterprise mode & program teams. We look forward to seeing your application! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Support the audit and invoice resolution process and reduce billing errors through corrective actions with mode team representatives and carriers + Monitor key activities and KPIs for 3PL Service Provider (CASS) and Carriers. Schedule meetings with CASS and Carriers on regular basis to review performance and action plans to achieve KPI target set by the global team as well as issuing corrective actions when necessary + Accountable for driving continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and streamline business processes + Ensure compliance with internal accounting practices including industry and legal requirements and standards + Manage the Program Operations Help Desk (eu.freightaudit@emerson.com) and provide daily audit support for Europe region for Emerson users and Carriers. + Build and maintain strong relationships with Carriers and Emerson Business Units. Address any issues or concerns raised by Carriers and Emerson Business Units in a timely and professional manner **Who You Are:** You are detail-oriented and excel under time pressure, consistently identifying and addressing non-conformities.
