This role will also work closely with other members from BTN’s Digital department (Content, Streaming and On Campus teams) to assist in the creation of original digital content and facilitate delivery of video requests. This role will report to the Manager, Video Operations in the Digital department.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor video streams and provide necessary editing and tech support during live games to ensure a smooth user experience on BTN's digital video and social sharing platforms.Communicate with BTN and Big Ten university stakeholders regarding the status of digital video platformsAssist in the creation and publishing of digital video and highlights across BTN social & video platforms (primarily YouTube, Amazon FireTV, Greenfly, B1G+)Coordinate with BTN Digital editors, On Campus team members and Big Ten athletic departments to encode and deliver Big Ten footage requestsWHAT YOU WILL NEED
Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of tools (Premiere Pro and Photoshop)Knowledge of digital video production and online content management systemsFamiliarity with transmission procedures and streaming video workflowStrong and clear communication skillsStrong work ethic and eye for detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitaskAbility to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends/holidaysNICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $20.00 per hour.
