In this role, you will play a crucial part in the legal and compliance aspects of our franchise system, ensuring that our franchises operate within the legal framework while maintaining operational efficiency. You will assist in preparing and reviewing franchise documents, managing filings, and supporting the legal team in various research and administrative tasks.

What you will do...

Assist in the preparation and review of franchise disclosure documents (FDDs), agreements, and related legal documents. Research and compile franchise-related regulations and compliance requirements to support franchise operations. Manage and organize franchise-related documentation and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel to facilitate efficient communication and workflow. Assist with filings and registrations as required by state and federal laws. Support the legal team with various projects, including litigation support and contract management. Stay updated on changes in franchise laws and regulations that may impact the business.
