Gaining market share Transforming the business Expanding the portfolio Leading market innovation Ensuring flawless execution of aligned plans Strategy development Analyze market trends, channels, customers, and competitors to ensure sustainable performance, identify risks and opportunities Support teams in channel development and promotional planning Ensure timely implementation of Green Field Projects in Zimbabwe, Zambia & Morocco Implement trading terms, distribution agreements, and annual promotional grids Conduct regular market visits to identify execution improvements and pricing strategies REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management or similar Sound knowledge of commercial economics Minimal 8-9 years of experience in FMCG in Franchising, Sales & Marketing functions Good Communication, presentation & Interpersonal skills.
