Franchise Manager, Fiji & Papua New Guinea

To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity in our ANZ beverage team as a Franchise Manager. In this capacity, you will drive the commercial franchise agenda and P&L for Papua New Guinea and Fiji. The role involves developing and implementing business plans for profitable growth, managing performance through planning cycles and bottler engagement, and optimizing daily operations with bottlers. You will also support the Senior Franchise Manager for Australia with budget management, governance, and strategic priorities. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Strategy and Governance: Lead the strategic and commercial franchise agenda in Papua New Guinea and Fiji, developing and aligning 3-year strategies and plans, and creating agreements that outline operating strategies, commitments, and KPIs. Performance and P&L Management: Establish performance management systems, review performance with bottler teams, manage budgets, and ensure accurate volume and financial forecasting and reporting. Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with bottling partners and internal stakeholders, collaborating to align on growth requirements such as brand support, innovations, and market execution. Driving Business Growth: Ensure high-quality execution of brand support needs and timelines, optimize price pack architecture, and secure a strong long-term portfolio with innovations. Controls & Compliance: Support the application of Global Control Standards, adhere to corporate and local policies, and ensure proper execution and documentation of controls. Qualifications About you: Education: University degree, ideally a Master's in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or Commercial Finance. Experience: 5+ years of broad commercial experience, preferably in marketing, sales, or category management. Knowledge of the ANZ retail environment is a plus. Competencies: High emotional intelligence, strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, excellent communication, analytical, project management, and budgeting abilities, and the ability to handle ambiguity.
