They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities and possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in the spa’s specific treatment offerings.** **What we need from you** **·** **Guest Services:** **Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner.** **·** **Treatment Preparation:** **Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and hygiene before and after each session.** **·** **Guest Consultation:** **Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.** **·** **Product Knowledge:** **Be knowledgeable about spa products and educate guests on their benefits.** **·** **Sales & Upselling:** **Recommend and promote retail products and other spa services to guests.** **·** **Record Keeping:** **Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and products used.** **·** **Sanitation Compliance:** **Follow all sanitation and cleaning procedures to meet hygiene standards.** **·** **Equipment Maintenance:** **Ensure all spa equipment is well maintained and report any malfunctions.** **·** **Team Collaboration:** **Cooperate with other spa team members to create a seamless and relaxing guest experience.** **·** **Learning & Development:** **Attend training sessions and stay updated on new trends and techniques in wellness and therapy.** **What we offer** **We give our people everything they need to succeed.
