Independent Branch Services leads our network of franchised locations called Independent Branches. We leverage our strong national brand and partner with local advisor talent to extend Schwab's retail presence into affluent communities that were underserved by our physical presence. The Franchise Coaching Team provides support that enables our franchisees to grow results and build robust scalable businesses

As a Franchise Coach, you will work directly with franchisees in areas such as business planning, practice management, sales process, new franchisee activation, and franchisee exit planning. You’llleverage direct coaching, strong internal partnerships and digital resources to ensure finalists and franchisees have the skills, tools, and resources to drive growth in their business. This role is focused on delivering practical, actionable guidance through direct consultation as well as managing portions of the larger coaching program.

Required Qualifications: 

Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license5+ years of financial services experience5+ years offinancial services sales, coaching, and/or consultingTravel required. May travel 25% - 50% of the time (varies based on region/market/business needs)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceCFP® designation or advanced credentialsActive and valid FINRA Series 9/10 licenseStrong performance-driven mindsetProven success in developing and managing relationshipsTechnical skills in content development, PowerPoint and ExcelKnowledge of Schwab’s products and services

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
