FP&A Manager - Mfg Carbs Solution - Various locations
Global FP&A Manufacturing Manager - Carbohydrate Solutions - Decatur, IL is preferred but will consider other locations.

Position Summary
The Carbohydrate Solutions FP&A Manufacturing Manager partners with Operations leadership, performance management, COE’s and commercial finance to establish and execute on short, medium and long term strategic operation plans and its alignment with operations and business unit strategy.  This includes the annual Carbohydrates strategic business plan, financial planning cycle, monthly financial forecasting, and tracking of key initiatives, and/or analytical support of financial results. This position coordinates with the Carbohydrates finance team to support projects and key financial analysis. This position also coordinates with Operations leadership, technology and performance management to align reporting across the segment.
The candidate will be hands on supporting the Operations team in accomplishing their strategic financial and business objectives. This position will be responsible for coordinating planning\\forecasting and tracking business objectives by providing business intelligence and insightful information to monitor results.  Key success factors for this role include teamwork, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to quickly adapt to changing business and project needs.  

Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and lead the annual operations financial plan including operating, capital and strategic initiatives in all product lines and geographiesCoordinate with the development and reporting of the business financial forecastEvaluate assumptions, assess risks and understand variances versus plan, forecast and prior yearPartner across the operations organization with a focus on driving actions that improve manufacturing performancePartner with operations (performance management and technology) to establish performance tracking process and KPI’s (operating and cost metrics)Partner with the business to support, educate, and track key operations metrics and cost analysisPrepare and deliver key operations presentations (Monthly BU Operations meeting, Review and Response meetings, etc.)Benchmark company’s manufacturing results against industry performancePropose, pilot, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement procedural improvements, work-process changes, and IT projects to improve month end closeQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Engineering/Technical.  A Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 7 years in financial role, business development, or operations roleDemonstrated capacity to handle diverse number of projects simultaneouslyStrong ability to collaborate with a multi-cultural and cross-functional teamIndependent, inquisitive and a self-starterStrong MS Office skills (i.e. Power Point and Excel)Understanding of business intelligence toolsOperations knowledge a plusExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
