Your Role:

As the FP&A Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving fi nancial excellence and strategic alignment withinour organizati on. Your responsibiliti es will span across leadership, process improvement, communicati on, riskmanagement, and strategic planning.

Team management
– Provide strong leadership to the FP&A Team, fostering a positi ve & collaborati vework environment. Support team members' professional development, identi fy training needs, andencourage skill enhancement.
Process Improvement
- Identi fy opportunities for process improvements within the FP&A function andcollaborate with team members to implement changes. Understand and support tools and technologies from Global and within the department to automate routine tasks and enhance the efficiency of financial processes.
Communication
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal stakeholders and make sure that the MBS CO business model will be implemented across the team. Facilitate effective communication between the FP&A team and other departments, fostering collaboration and information sharing.
Risk Management
- Identify business continuity risks and work with the team to develop strategies formitigation. Ensure adherence to quality management tools of MBS CO and compliance standards in all tasks in scope.
Conceptual Knowledge
Understanding of financial reporti ng principles, including PNL statements, cost center analysis, variance analysis, WCOGS, sales, revenue and PVE analysis, Global Cost Element, and Global Cost Object Hierarchies to ensure accurate financial data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with financial systems and tools to leverage technology for financial analysis and reporting.(TM1, SAP, Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
Technical Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization, facilitating the preparation of reports and conducting data checks.
Knowledge of financial systems and reporting platforms, such as TM1, MGF Tool, MC4F, Analysis for Office(AFO), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Familiarity with data management tools and methodologies to handle large datasets, conduct datamapping, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
 

Who you are

Minimum of 7 years relevant of work experience, with at least some of it in controlling.Graduate in Accounting, Management Accounti ng, or other business-related fields. Preferably CPA, CMA,CIMA, or MBA.With at least 2-3 years of experience as a team leader/manager, handling 10 or more people.Must possess above-average leadership skills and be confident in presenting to senior leadership.
Has a concrete process improvement contributi on and initi ati ve.
Experience within a Shared Services Center is preferred.
Fluency in English is required.
