As a FP&A Lead - Latin America here at Honeywell, you\nwill play a crucial role in leading the team that develops and executes\nHoneywell's forecasting and planning process, creates related analysis, and\npresents findings which position Honeywell to meet its growth strategy and cost\nefficiency goals in the Latin American region. You will serve as an integral\npart of continually improving Honeywell's financial capabilities and business\nperformance in the Latin American market and drive critical finance transformations\nrelated to our management reporting, planning, and forecasting processes. You\nmust exhibit strong leadership traits, communication skills, and initiative.
You will report directly to our Finance Sr Director and\nyou'll work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this dynamic and result-oriented role, you will have a\nsignificant impact on the growth and success of Honeywell in the Latin American\nregion. You will develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives\nspecifically tailored to leverage the growth opportunities in the Latin\nAmerican market. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and\ninfluence stakeholders will enable effective financial planning and budgeting,\nensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and in alignment with the\ncompany's goals in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead\n the business analysis and planning function for the finance department in\n the Latin American region.Develop\n and implement financial strategies and initiatives to drive business\n growth and profitability in Latin America.Provide\n financial analysis and insights specific to the Latin American market to\n support decision-making and drive operational excellence.Collaborate\n with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial plans and\n budgets for the Latin American region.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and\nreporting requirements in Latin Americas.YOU MUST HAVEMinimum\n of 8 years of experience in areas of increasing responsibility in a\n finance function.Experience\n developing forecasts using different statistic methods and related\n analytics.Exceptional\n problem-solving and analytical skills (linking results to drivers).Ability\n to translate complex business and financial issues into readily\n understandable terms.Multi-tasking\n capabilities; professionally handles the pressure of meeting multiple,\n high-priority deadlines.Ability\n to quickly identify subtle patterns and trendsn skills.WE VALUE
