FP&A Director

JOB PURPOSE:

To provide finance business partnering support to the GV Global Functions to drive improved business performance

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Business Partnering

Oversee all financial aspects of GV central functions including Implementation, Project Services, GIC and LATAM including current and future performance, identification and realisation of opportunities and risks. Support the BU leaders in formulating and executing on strategy to drive growth and achieve business objectives Provide technical and analytical expertise and drive improvements in the quality and reliability of financial information.  

Strat Planning and Initiatives, Operating Plan and Forecasting

Take the lead on key financial processes such as operating plans, financial reviews and provide input into the strategic planning processes Work with the BU leaders to develop appropriate staffing levels, productivity metrics to reach overall business objectives To provide input into the strategic planning cycles with respect to functional / department impact

 

Management Reporting, Financial Close and Control Activities

Ensure compliance with all ADP financial policies across the BUs ensuring accurate reporting and communication of financial information and messaging. P&L responsibility for the LATAM business Accountable for backlog, starts and set up revenue as well as the associated cost bases and productivity metrics and measures

 

Matrix Management

To Influence standardisation of operating processes across the GlobalView business Leverage ESI CoE resources to optimise transactional processes and reporting

 

 

 

 

 

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge required:

Microsoft Office skills essential, advanced level in Excel and Databases. Oracle, Hyperion Enterprise and Hyperion Planning experience preferred.

 

Skills required:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

Qualified Accountant preferred Degree in business related subject preferred Financial Planning experience essential
