Role Overview: The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. Working closely with senior finance and operational teams, this role will play a critical part in supporting strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Analyse financial performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and commercial strategy. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams. Assist in variance analysis, cost control, and profitability assessments. Work collaboratively with business units to drive financial efficiency and process improvements. Provide insight into key financial drivers and risks to enhance strategic planning. Support ad-hoc projects related to financial analysis and business performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a recruitment or professional services environment. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
