Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

As part of the Pharma Services Group (PSG), the High Point, NC site focuses on gelatin-based drug delivery dosage forms (softgels). We offer extensive development and commercial scale capabilities for a variety of softgels technologies.

How Will You Make an Impact?

The Medicine Associate II will be responsible for manufacturing a quality fill material for use in our encapsulation process.

Working Hours: Nights // 7:00pm - 7:00am (2-2-3 schedule)

A Day in the Life:Read and adhere to workplace procedures such as SOPs, Batch Records, cGMP’s, and MSDS memos.Retrieve, weigh, identify, mix, and store raw materials.Cleans equipment and performs all other cleaning duties in area.Manufactures Neat fills/blends and complex batches.Produces quality fill material including simple potent compounds for use in our encapsulation department utilizing multiple types of equipment and processes.May operate forklift.Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related fieldPreferred: Experience in a cGMP environmentPreferred: Pallet Jack & Forklift experienceKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Excellent verbal and written skillsAbility to interpret data, perform basic calculations and troubleshooting skillsThe ability to work a 12-hour shift in a 24-hour, 7 day per week operation.Meet DEA security clearance requirements if requested.Must be able to work overtime as necessary.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentMust be able to frequently lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds.Close and color vision is required.What We Offer
