Your expertise and contributions will play a vital role in advancing life sciences research and improving patient health. **Responsibilities:** + Draft protocols, working instructions, and reports for activities carried out in Thermo Fisher's non-GMP laboratory in Monza, including equivalent experience in lieu of a formal Draft degree. + Assist in managing instruments and materials necessary for project execution + Maintain effective communication with colleagues and clients **Requirements:** + Equivalent experience in CTF, Pharmacy, or Chemistry will be considered + Equivalent experience in Drug Delivery is considered an advantage, including a PhD. + Knowledge of GMP + Extensive experience in preparing solutions for injections (including dispersions and suspensions) and in the lyophilization process + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Experience with Design of Experiments is beneficial + Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry's R&D, focusing on the development of drug products + Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
