Key Responsibilities:
Preparation, setup and operation of processing equipment and materials for the manufacture of chemical standards.
Executes daily assigned portion of production schedule in an efficient and organized manner.
Participates, cooperates, and contributes as part of a team.
Identifies and implements improvements within their assign area.
Provides feedback to supervisor, lead technician or technical support group on safety, quality, interpersonal and process related issues.
Develops solutions on how to resolve issues that are identified during daily work.
Works with the technical support group to ensure proper working condition of equipment and quality of product.

QualificationsHigh School Diploma (with extensive relevant experience) or some college education.
3+ years of related experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Experience working with chemicals, including knowledge of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety protocols (e.g., safety glasses).
Background in Chemistry is preferred.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
