Animer les formations à destination des équipes techniques.

 

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

 

Assurer les formations techniques aux stagiaires Otis sur différents formats :

 

Animer des classes virtuelles ou présentielles (formations de durées courtes ou longues) de 2h à 5 jours

Animation des formations théoriques en salle ou pratiques sur des maquettes

Formation de techniciens débutants ou expérimentés sur des activités de Constructions neuves, modernisation ou Service d'ascenseurs, escalators ou portes.

Gestion de la mise à jour des supports de formation existants

Contribuer à la création de nouveaux supports de formation et/ou maquettes pour répondre aux besoins des opérations

 

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

Expérience de la formation technique ou appétence à transmettre son savoir et à encadrer un public

Connaissance en électromécanique, électrotechnique ou en maintenance des systèmes

Une expérience technique en ascenseurs est appréciée

Des bases d'anglais écrit et parlé sont nécessaires

Savoir faire preuve d'autonomie, de curiosité et être doté d'un sens critique
