Job Description
Candidates will be responsible for using a stand-up forklift and tugger to assist with cleaning up production lines. The role involves removing leftover material and cardboard from the production line and placing it in the baler and compactor (essentially trash).
ResponsibilitiesUsing a tugger to handle production raw coffee and smaller cardboard.Operating a stand-up forklift to move pallets around, with training provided by the forklift equipment company.Handling cardboard, palletizing using a manual pallet jack, and strapping items to be placed into a trailer.Operating the baler to produce bales for placement into a trailer.Operating the compactor.Using a floor scrubber for weekly floor cleaning.Essential SkillsExperience with stand-up forklifts.Materials handling experience.Experience using a tugger.Forklift operation skills.Proficiency with pallet jacks.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious warehouse experience.Stand-up forklift experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position involves working a 12-hour night shift from 6pm to 6am, following a 2 on 2 off schedule, which means working two weekends out of the month. The facility is large, and employees are required to wear safety toe shoes or steel-toe boots, ear plugs, hair and beard nets, and long sleeves.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
