Description:Perform the duties of a forklift operator to lift and transport items of equipment and supply required. Maintain aisles, storage ad dispatch area in orderly condition
By forklift, pick up, transport, load and unload all types of heavy and medium weight containers, boxes, cans, jigs, blades, gear boxes, rotor heads, aircraft components, fixtures, loaded pallets, etc. Load and/or unload transport vehicles at the shipping and receiving docks, transportation aprons, and various outside storage areas. Assist in loading and unloading operations at off plant locations. Occasionally assist the Maintenance Department personnel in the performance of rigging operations. Make daily preventive maintenance check of equipment. Handle paper work related to materials being moved. Occasionally move average weight items using hand or electric truck. If flow of work permits, may be assigned a variety of skilled and unskilled tasks.
Work of group involves maintaining the flow of parts and materials between manufacturing departments. Move parts and materials between departments, process all pertinent paper work, handle all priority items as expeditiously as possible, and work closely with all affected departments to facilitate material control functions.
Basic Qualifications:
Able to read and follow instructions.
Must have motor vehicle operators license.
Maintain EH & S training.
Exp. 6 months – 1 year

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
