Certified Forklift Operator (Reach Truck & Counterbalance)
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shifts Available: Day Shift | Afternoon Shift
Pay Rate: $21-$23 per hour

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our client's warehouse team in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating Raymond/Crown reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, and walkies. You'll play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations while adhering to strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate Raymond/Crown reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, and walkie riders

Load and unload materials from trucks and storage locations

Transport goods to designated warehouse areas with precision

Conduct pre-operational equipment checks and report maintenance needs

Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures

Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

Valid forklift operator certification (required)

Minimum 3 years experience operating crown reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts

Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds and stand for full shifts

Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness

Reliable work ethic and ability to meet productivity targets

Good communication skills in English
