**Aerotek: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator for our weekend shift. You will work Friday through Sunday, from 6am to 6:30pm, with two 20-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break. As a Forklift Operator, you will handle various warehouse activities including loading, order fulfillment, cycle counting, put-away, and more. You must be able to walk, bend, lift up to 40 lbs, and operate a stand-up forklift. **Responsibilities** + Perform loading, order fulfillment, cycle counting, put-away, and all other warehouse activities. + Have complete knowledge of company GDPs. + Count all products and check for damage, infestation, and unique product identifiers (part number, batches, etc.). + Report any shortages, overages, or damages on appropriate forms. + Apply appropriate labels to products. + Efficiently stack and store products in a manner that will not damage them. + Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area in accordance with company housekeeping policies and procedures. + Be responsible for Food Safety. **Essential Skills** + Forklift operation + Inventory management + Material handling + Picking + RF scanner usage + Shipping and receiving + Order picking + Loading and unloading + Warehouse inventory management **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with stand-up forklifts + Experience in a warehouse environment + Attention to detail **Why Work Here?** You will be working in a newer distribution center located in Jessup, PA. You will work three days on and have three days off, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
