Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Sterrett, AL

Pay Range: $16.00/hr.

Schedule: Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
*If full shift is completed on all 3 days,  associates will be paid for 40 hours.

What's the Job?

Operate forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials within the warehouse. Ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods to maintain a smooth workflow. Conduct daily safety checks on equipment to ensure operational readiness. Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking materials and supplies. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What's Needed?

Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting. Valid forklift operator certification. Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
