Our client, a busy distribution and logistics operation, is looking for a Forklift Operator to join their team in Flanders, NJ. This role focuses on safe equipment operation, material handling, and general warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and industrial vehicles (e.g., cherry pickers, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.Load, unload, stack, and move materials such as pallets and crates.Assist with inventory tracking to maintain accurate records of shipments.Relocate items within the warehouse to support smooth operations.Prepare goods for shipment and move them between storage and shipping areas.Maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.Build and pick pallets; load items onto conveyor belts.Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments.Safely handle hazardous materials following proper protocols.Support additional warehouse tasks as needed, including pick/pack and general labor.

Requirements:

Valid forklift certification.Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.Strong attention to safety and detail.Willingness to assist in general warehouse duties as required.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
