**Now Hiring Forklift Operators!** **Job Description** As a forklift operator, you will start each day with safety protocols and warm-up exercises. You will then check the daily orders on the board, get on your sit-down forklift, and start picking parts throughout the warehouse using the labeling system and RF scan gun. You will handle oversized products, load and unload production onto truck beds, and lift items up to 65lbs. You will work closely with your supervisor to resolve any task concerns that arise, accurately sort, label, and store picked products safely in containers or on pallets, and maintain a clean work area. **Responsibilities** + Start each morning with safety protocols and warm-up exercises. + Check the daily orders on the board. + Operate a sit-down forklift to pick parts throughout the warehouse. + Use the labeling system and RF scan gun. + Handle and move oversized products such as equipment tires and animal nutrients. + Load and unload production onto truck beds. + Lift items up to 65lbs. + Work closely with the supervisor to resolve any task concerns. + Accurately sort, label, and store picked products. + Maintain a clean work area by picking up a broom when necessary. **Essential Skills** + Basic Math skills. + Ability to lift 65lbs occasionally. + 6+ months of forklift experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in warehouse, production, farm labor, equipment handling, and using RF scanners. **Why Work Here?** We offer room for growth, often promoting employees to supervisory or lead positions within a year, resulting in pay raises.
