Job Title: Clamp Truck Operator

We are an industry leader in manufacturing performance-based brown box, multi-color display-ready, and e-commerce corrugated packaging for some of the most well-known names in the consumer products world. We are in search of a highly motivated, self-driven Clamp Truck/Forklift Operator to join our successful team! We are looking for an individual who can thrive in a flexible, fast-paced production environment while maintaining a focus on Safety, Quality, Integrity, Teamwork, Customer Satisfaction, Ownership, and Productivity.
Responsibilities:
+ Move rolls from various areas, including trucks and warehouses, to the corrugator for consumption.
+ Recognize and correct or report any safety, quality, or production issues using the provided means and tools.
+ Follow instructions and work constructively to meet shipment deadlines and conduct unloading within given guidelines.
+ Follow all safety procedures and intervene when observing unsafe practices by co-workers.
+ Maintain a high level of quality, productivity, and attention to detail.
+ Communicate with operators, superintendents, shipping department, and customer service.
+ Ensure loads are accurate and damage-free.
+ Offload all incoming loads in a timely manner and place them in the correct location.
Essential Skills:
+ 2+ years of Roll Clamp Truck Forklift experience (cannot be regular clamp).
+ Ability to work overtime
+ Ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler and use basic shop math.
+ Ability to learn and follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a team member.
+ High degree of attention to detail and dexterity in controlling company equipment.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
