Join us as a Forklift Operator in our Manitowoc, WI facility! Under the direction of the Warehouse or Production Supervisor, the Forklift Operator will move material with a forklift to meet production, shipping, and receiving schedules per company safety requirements while also meeting customer quality expectations.

You Will:

Accurately locate materials and complete inventory transactions into OracleRecharge forklift batteries and/or change propane tanks.Pass a written test on safe forklift operations and demonstrate the ability to safely operate a forklift.Operate a forklift per defined procedures and safety practicesIdentify and move raw materials and finished product.Inspect forklift and perform preventative maintenance as required.

More details about the opportunity:

High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredPrevious warehouse receiving and shipping experience preferred.Accurately read, count, weigh and measure.Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel)Regularly lift 40 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds and have ability to use lift equipment.

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!): 10pm - 6am, Sunday night through Friday morning

Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
