Job Responsibilities:

Incoming Materials

Ensure that the received goods are stored as per procedures Receipt, stock move and storage of finished products Provides assistance when loading trucks Stacking empty pallets and relocation of pallets

Stock Movements

Stock removal and consignment of goods accordingly Ensuring that relevant material is issued to assigned department Monitor and document delivery & returns from the department Maintains records of stock at hand and reporting shortages if any Adheres to standards in quality and quantity (Checking for damages as well as count) Transport product from storage areas using proper equipment to the main warehouse Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions.

Outgoing Materials

Loading and offloading of trucks as per shipping order Adheres to standards in quality and quantity (Checking for damages as well as count) Documentation as per procedure (truck checking, incoming inspection)

Safety Awareness

Ensures safe environment & follow proper 5s culture and fostering safety awareness within the team Follows safety procedures and safety trainings. Reports any safety related concern immediately to the superior Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck's battery and lubricating equipment

Others

Ensures good housekeeping within all areas of the work Supports and conducts inventory counts/activities as per procedure Any additional tasks as per instructions from supervisor or manager.

 

What makes you great

Person Specifications:

Education

    High school diploma or equivalent     Forklift operator/driving license

Experience

1 to 3 years of warehouse/forklift experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience in using specific logistics/warehouse systems (Scanners etc.)

Personal Competencies

Intermediate computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to read and write in English
