NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Job Summary + Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements. + Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision. + Confirms completion & documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting. + Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications. + Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment. + Analyzes and resolves work problems. + Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures. Qualifications + 6-10 years recent commercial electrical or related experience + 3 years electrical supervisory experience + Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License + OSHA 10 or ability to obtain + Knowledge of NEC and Electrical Theory + 70E NFP Certification or related awareness training preferred, not required + Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
