**Job Title: Commercial Construction Foreman**
**Job Description**
Seekin a dedicated and skilled Commercial Construction Foreman to oversee and direct construction crew on various commercial construction sites throughout the state of Montana. The ideal candidate will work directly with the site Superintendent and be responsible for managing and guiding a crew of 5-10 individuals, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and safely.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work directly with the site Superintendent for directions on the area of focus.
+ Oversee and direct the construction crew on commercial construction sites.
+ Manage a crew of 5-10 members, depending on the project.
+ Collaborate with the construction crew on all direct projects.
+ Review and understand construction documents.
+ Participate in initial plan reviews to identify design conflicts and constructability issues.
+ Implement and manage the project safety plan, including site security measures.
+ Review, understand, and manage building code compliance per local and state jurisdictions.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of experience as a commercial construction Foreman.
+ Proficiency in construction supervision and management.
+ Knowledge of metal stud framing.
+ Skills in finish carpentry and concrete work.
+ Experience with power tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Strong understanding of construction documents.
+ Ability to identify and resolve design conflicts and constructability issues.
+ Knowledge of local and state building codes.
**Work Environment**
All work is conducted outdoors, and you must be open and willing to work in various weather conditions. Attire includes jeans, steel-toed boots, and a t-shirt. The company provides a hard hat and high-visibility cover.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
