Job Title: Hardscape Foreman

A leading hardscape company in Omaha is urgently seeking Foreman to join their team and assist with installing patios, firepits, retaining walls, and water features . Responsibilities:

Collaborate with designers to implement customer designs.Read and interpret blueprints to execute projects within specifications.Lead and supervise a crew on a daily basis to meet project deadlines.Ensure all work is performed to the highest standard.Perform hands-on fieldwork alongside laborers.

Essential Skills:

Experience in construction and hardscapeBlueprint ReadingMechanical AptitudeExperience in installing hardscape elements such as paver patios, pergolas, fire pits, seat walls, retaining walls, and water features.Strong leadership and crew management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.Customer-focused mindset.Construction experience is a plus but not required.

Experience Level: 

Intermediate to Expert

Work Environment:

The role involves working in outdoor settings, performing hands-on tasks, and leading a crew. The work environment includes using various construction and landscaping equipment and adhering to project specifications.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.

Pay / Shift:
