Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the workshop team Ensure that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Oversee the inspection and testing of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory used Provide training and guidance to team members Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational improvements Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations  
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Foreman in the motor industry Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license
