Our suite of benefits reflects our commitment to our employees. + Competitive wages + Paid on-the-job technical and professional growth opportunities + Established career path for future advancement + 401k and Roth 401(k) retirement savings plans + Health, prescription, dental, vision plans + Life & Disability Insurance plans + Financial wellness program + Employee assistance program + Employee discount programs **Essential duties:** + Lead members of a field crew to demonstrate safe and efficient construction practices and equipment use. + Direct the work of onsite crew members as specified by Project Management. + Serve as a first line communicator to field staff, communicating company information to crews while supporting and advancing company values and standards. + Communicate job requirements to crew before beginning work emphasizing special needs of clients. + Support crew members in their career endeavors, recommending employees for promotion and/or advancement. + Keep informed of Company news and developments and communicate same to staff. + Give feedback on the crew’s performance and suggest ways to improve. + Train field crews in the correct way to perform tasks and continually check on their progress. + Address issues with crew members promptly and report rule violations immediately to Project Management + Follow all safety and work conduct rules and ensure that staff is doing the same. + Promote the safe and efficient use of equipment, trucks and trailers, advancing a culture of safety at all times. + Maintain a safe work site by instructing crews how to use tools and equipment, how to handle materials and what safety equipment is necessary when performing tasks. + Report any injuries or property damage immediately to Project Management. + Other duties as assigned or needed. **Key Qualifications** + 5+ years of industry related experience in gas pipeline construction strongly preferred + Knowledge of how to read and interpret general and subcontract documents, drawings and specifications + Knowledge of construction means, methods and materials + Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe working practices + Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills + Strong oral and written communication skills + Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients + Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs + Valid driver’s license, CDL preferred + Physical activity for this role includes: + Work outdoors in a range of conditions, including hot and cold weather + Walking, sitting and standing for extended periods + Moving over uneven terrain or in confined spaces + Repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds + Climbing ladders while carrying 40 pounds + Rapid response to dangerous situations + Wearing personal protective gear correctly for extended periods + Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Posting Date: This role is accepting applications until 5/15/2025.
