The Resource Management Advisor role in Fulfillment Resource Management will work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to analyze, communicate, and provide data solutions for Key Performance Indicators, forecasting, business problems, and root cause analysis. Will work in collaboration with business leaders to provide strategic partnership in analytics, identify and prioritize opportunities for impact and develop analytic solutions.  Support operations teams through analytical findings across different parts of the organization. Exercises creativity and foresight in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives and reporting. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.

Qualifications:

3+ years of strong analytics skills (Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Statistics, Medical Economics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Finance, Economics or Business Analytics.)In-depth experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel including Excel formulation, PowerPointSQL and Tableau, or equivalent querying tool for data validation, experience strongly preferredStrong analytical and technical skills; Previous production coordination desirable (Manufacturing, Operations, etc.)Able to learn and dissect a process quickly and holistically, with a proven ability to develop creative and sustainable solutions that meet the needs of the key stakeholders.
