Forecasting & Planning Advisor, Pharmacy Fulfillment - OnSite

The Resource Management Advisor role in Fulfillment Resource Management will work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to analyze, communicate, and provide data solutions for Key Performance Indicators, forecasting, business problems, and root cause analysis. Will work in collaboration with business leaders to provide strategic partnership in analytics, identify and prioritize opportunities for impact and develop analytic solutions.  Support operations teams through analytical findings across different parts of the organization. Exercises creativity and foresight in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives and reporting. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.

Essential Functions

Ability to analyze and validate data utilizing multiple sources/tools (MS SQL, Teradata, etc.)Handle multiple projects simultaneously while managing and supporting various stakeholdersProvide retrospective analysis and participate in strategic initiatives to continuously improve processesClear presentation of insights via spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, self-service analytical visualization toolsA self-starter that can tailor their strategy depending on situationWell-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills demonstrating a self-starter and the ability to work autonomously to complete asks with minimal supervisionStrong project management skills including the ability to formulate a strategy, drive meetings, align teams or identify experts from the appropriate areasHigh level of creativity in developing effective tracking materials, reports, or delivery roadmapsGreat written and verbal communication skillsInquisitive learner who is a strong team player and enjoys the challenge of stretching beyond their comfort zone

Qualifications:

3+ years of strong analytics skills (Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Statistics, Medical Economics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Finance, Economics or Business Analytics.)In-depth experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel including Excel formulation, PowerPointSQL and Tableau, or equivalent querying tool for data validation, experience strongly preferredStrong analytical and technical skills; Previous production coordination desirable (Manufacturing, Operations, etc.)Able to learn and dissect a process quickly and holistically, with a proven ability to develop creative and sustainable solutions that meet the needs of the key stakeholders. Forwarding thinking, moves beyond current thought processes and what appears to be an obvious solutionHighly self-motivated individual able to move an initiative forward while working independently and operating in grey areas. Thrives in an autonomous environmentDemonstrates passion for and dedication to anticipating and meeting the expectations and requirements of partners and providing influence when neededProven ability with time management and organizational skills. Able to multitask and switch direction and project focusFull time onsite role is a requirement
