About the role: As a Forecast to Stock Delivery Lead, SAP at Barry Callebaut Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and integration of SAP solutions within the Forecast to Stock module. Reporting to the Director SAP Practice, you will lead a global team of Business Analysts and external partners, ensuring seamless operational management, incident resolution, and change management within the SAP environment. This newly created role offers the opportunity to contribute to Barry Callebaut’s digital transformation journey and foster innovation within the chocolate manufacturing industry. Key responsibilities: + Manage and mentor a global team of Business Analysts and external partners. + Establish processes for operational management, customer satisfaction, and career development of team members. + Oversee a global application support function to address and resolve incidents. + Drive a problem-management culture to eliminate recurring issues and enhance service levels. + Monitor and ensure adherence to SLA on incident turnaround times. + Manage SAP change procedures, from business engagement to impact analysis, user testing, and transport approvals. + Champion a global SAP council of power users for process improvement and best practice sharing. + I dentify and address user pain points and opportunities for SAP process enhancements. + Manage risks associated with SAP changes and new implementations through effective review and testing. + Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP projects related to the Forecast to Stock module. + Collaborate with key stakeholders in Brussels, Poland, and other global locations. + Provide detailed performance evaluations and reports to internal stakeholders. About you : + Graduate degree in IT, data, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field. + Certification in SAP development or relevant Forecast to Stock SAP modules. + Proficiency in English (written and spoken). + Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Forecast to Stock applications (10–12 years preferred). + Hands-on configuration experience with SAP Forecast to Stock modules and their integration with other SAP modules. + At least two full-cycle SAP deployments within a manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge of business processes related to Forecast to Stock in manufacturing. + Proficiency in incident/problem management and business change procedures. + Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage diverse, global teams. + Analytical mindset and effective problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems for various stakeholders.
