In this position... Ford Performance is a small team of dedicated engineers who turn mainstream Ford vehicles into extraordinary performance machines (based in Allen Park, MI at Roush 57). Lead the 26MY–28MY F150 Raptor Prototype Builds and Production Launch o Underbody content focused on Emissions and Engine upgrades o TPVs and DCVs Builds at NMPDC and Roush 9 o TT thru OKtB vehicles at DTP Your team includes an experienced PM Supervisor, dedicated PVT engineer & excellent Site STA engineer At Ford Motor Company, we believe freedom of movement drives human progress. Support all Build and Launch forums to ensure FP POV is clearly communicated to leadership Lead resolution to all Open / Pending Design AIMS and Build Issues for F150 Raptor Provide weekly status updates in program PST, Major Matters and Hardrocks Support R202 vehicle attribute drive evaluations of pre-production units Maintain all Launch metrics and ensure Flawless Launch You'll have... Required • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, VO, PVT, PMT and/or D&R • Extensive program management experience with GPDS and LQOS, including thorough understanding of milestone deliverables and working knowledge of process sheets • Familiarity with Ford PD systems like WERS, AIMS, PDL inputs (MFAL / part structure including Color & Material), Alert, Open To Go, TeamCenter • Lead Color Harmony & Appearance Approval Report (AAR) Process • Strong leadership skills with ability to drive a team to resolution with work plans and accountability • A Passion for Performance vehicles, have a “can-do/results-driven” attitude & be able to maintain positive working relationships across multiple corporate cultures • High degree of self-motivation and willingness to commit extra effort to "get the job done" • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Tier 2 Driver Certification (training available if not already Tier 2) Even better, you may have...
