Support all Build and Launch forums to ensure FP POV is clearly communicated to leadership Lead resolution to all Open / Pending Design AIMS and Build Issues for F150 Raptor Provide weekly status updates in program PST, Major Matters and Hardrocks Support R202 vehicle attribute drive evaluations of pre-production units Maintain all Launch metrics and ensure Flawless Launch You'll have... Required • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, VO, PVT, PMT and/or D&R • Extensive program management experience with GPDS and LQOS, including thorough understanding of milestone deliverables and working knowledge of process sheets • Familiarity with Ford PD systems like WERS, AIMS, PDL inputs (MFAL / part structure including Color & Material), Alert, Open To Go, TeamCenter • Lead Color Harmony & Appearance Approval Report (AAR) Process • Strong leadership skills with ability to drive a team to resolution with work plans and accountability • A Passion for Performance vehicles, have a “can-do/results-driven” attitude & be able to maintain positive working relationships across multiple corporate cultures • High degree of self-motivation and willingness to commit extra effort to "get the job done" • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Tier 2 Driver Certification (training available if not already Tier 2) Even better, you may have...
